Drafting, manufacture and installation of custom staircase in a home in Wiltshire. The design for this one came from the home owner who was also the architect. We used 3D modelling to navigate the construction details, and utilized both digital and traditional fabrication techniques to marry the timber and metal elements.
We were commissioned by Jan Hendzel Studio to provide fabrication drawings and supply some of the statement furniture for Wilder London.

A variety of cabinets for an apartment in Clifton, Bristol. The customer had specific ideas about surface finishes. They requested custom ‘ultra matt’ paint finishes and textural fabric wrapped doors which made for very unique pieces
On behalf of the talented Jan Hendzel Studio, we were tasked with fitting out the curved corridor leading to the tatami room of Akira restaurant which sits atop Japan House on Kensington High Street. Several concealed cupboards with faceted doors sit behind the basewood veneered panels. A 2mm shadow gap detail radiates from the buildings circular central stairwell.
Part of a larger project in a west London residence. The task was to fit out a newly built room overlooking a roof terrace. At the top of the house it was a retreat for Mum and Dad to work or relax with desk space and storage for files as well as an entertainment suite and living area.
A kitchen face-lift. This client wanted to change aspects of their layout and were after a fresh look for their kitchen. A selection of newly crafted cabinets sit alongside old units, which have been given a new lease of life. These 20 year old cabinets are still going strong with freshly made doors and framing. Native timbers and aged brass ironmongery compliment plaster pink walls and deep green shades
Creative clients with strong visual ideas made this kitchen a special project. Bold choices mixing materials and influences. A touch of industrial with brushed stainless tops, vintage brass tap, and classic Bauhaus colours for the extra pop.
We have experience in all types of woodwork and can bring any project to life to the highest standard. Whether working to spec or designing and managing the job from start to finish.
This particular project involved the design and manufacture of a pair of fully automated Iroko gates. They were constructed with through tenons (wedged not pegged) and designed for water run off. Subtly concealing the lock and electrical components took a little strategic thinking.
For the prestigious and delicious Harts bakery. Alongside @LiamRushDesigns we revamped this busy working kitchen to improve the efficiency of the space and better meet the demands of the thriving establishment
A unique opportunity was offered to us by Piper Special Vehicles ltd. A complete ash body rebuild for a classic 1929 Riley Brooklands. A three stage process involving; bracing the old (race winning) body, constructing a display fixture for it to be mounted on and building an entire new body tailored for its owners comfort…the process is pictured here in reverse order…
Two pairs of frameless doors for a London residence, hung on pivot hinges. custom veneered in plain Quarter-sawn European Oak. Fabricated in the Bristol workshop, the door sizes and pivot points had to be modelled in 3D CAD which made for a smooth installation.
A beautiful little job to design and make. A batch of European oak benches for London restaurant/deli. Our design had to match other furniture specified but we had free reign on the construction methods. Super sturdy for commercial use but with a touch of joinery class. If you’re an architect/designer we want more like this please….
